A multi-vehicle accident on the Pennsylvania Turnpike left five victims fatally injured and about 60 individuals with varying injuries. The crash occurred on Sunday morning around 3:33 am in Mount Pleasant Township, Pennsylvania and involved a passenger bus, three tractor-trailers, and several passenger vehicles.
