Richard J. Schubert Selected to the 2021 Pennsylvania Super Lawyers List

Alpern Schubert P.C. is proud to announce that managing partner, Richard J. Schubert, has been selected to this year’s Pennsylvania Super Lawyers list. Super Lawyers is a comprehensive list of nationwide lawyers highlighted over 70 different practice areas. To be selected, one must first be nominated and undergo an extensive multi-phase review, which includes an analysis of a lawyer’s professional career, their personal achievements, and peer reviews and evaluations.

Richard was selected to Super Lawyers in 2005, 2006, and each consecutive year since 2008. He earned his law degree from Duquesne University School of Law and is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. He has tried cases in state and federal courts involving automobile accidents, medical negligence, slip and falls, defective products, and Workers’ Compensation.

Richard has been certified as a civil trial specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and has served on the Board of Governors for the Pennsylvania Association for Justice. He is also a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Association for Justice, the Western Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, and a past board member of the Academy of Trial Lawyers of Allegheny County. Richard has also been an AV-rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell for over 25 years and has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America for over 20 years.
